The basement includes 4 separate rooms and would be perfect for any private function, family get-together or party.

The 1250 square foot ventilated area consists of:

-  dancing/entertainment area (200 sq ft)
-  chill out room (320 sq ft)
-  pool room (320 sq ft)
-  WC

The bar was installed by Guinness so you can be assured of a perfect pint of the black stuff!
